Lake Louise Climbing

On the 23rd of September we made a two day climbing-stopover at the very touristy but also very beautiful Lake Louise. After one finds a parking spot among the houndreds of RVs, leaves the masses of tourists behind at the Chateau on the rim ot Lake Louise and walks around half of the lake, one gets to one of the biggest and best sportclimbing-areas the Banff Nationalpark has to offer.

Have you ever seen a scratching squirrel?

As our last route we do the Bow Valley Classic “Wicked Gravity” (5.11a = 7+/8-) and it is an awesome 11a route!
